Self Service
Self service is open 6:30 am to 10 pm every day. Last wash is at 8:30 pm.
We have New Electrolux commercial grade washers in five sizes: 20 lb, 45 lb, 60 lb, 80 lb, and 135 lb. Prices range from $4 to $17.50 depending on the size you choose.
Yes. Fresh & Clean is fully attended during all business hours. A team member is always present to assist, answer questions, and keep the facility clean.
We accept Cash App and our in-store laundry card. There are no coin requirements. You can load a laundry card at the counter or at a card loading station in the store.
Yes. Dryers are free every Tuesday and Wednesday for self service customers. No code required, just come in and wash!
Wash and Fold
Drop-off hours are 9 am to 6 pm. For same day service, your order must be dropped off by 12 pm.
We sort your laundry, wash it with eco-friendly detergent, dry it, and fold it neatly. We can accommodate special care instructions and product preferences when noted at drop-off.
Yes. Feel free to contact us or ask at the counter about add-on options including product preferences and any special care needs. Pricing for add-ons is confirmed at drop-off.
Our Minimum Order for Wash & Fold Is 15 lbs.
Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day. You can, for an additional charge, get your laundry back the same-day .

Pickup and Delivery
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $1.89 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $1.99 a pound.

We require a 25 pound minimum for all of our Pickup and Delivery orders
A $9.95 delivery fee applies to all orders of 25 pounds or less. Orders over 25 pounds are not subject to the delivery fee.
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.
Yes. Weekly recurring pickup is $1.89 per pound. Every-other-week recurring pickup is $1.99 per pound. Recurring customers get priority scheduling on their chosen days.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
No, you don't. You can cancel at any time.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
We will contact you when your order is complete and confirm a delivery window that works for your schedule. Contact method is confirmed when you book.
